Henry HALEY, American national

Henry has spent three decades as an operations-focused finance executive for numerous companies across multiple industries in both Europe and North America.  His specialty is creating shareholder value by aligning finances with strategy and by creating order out of chaotic situations.

As an American who has lived and worked in Europe for over 20 years, he is a native English speaker with a high level of French and an understanding of business cultures on both continents.

Maarten Vanhecke, Belgian national

Since 25 years Maarten occupies international senior finance roles. Since 10 years he successfully fulfills international assignments as interim finance executive being employed by two major French financial advisory firms. He has also served as CFO of small and mid sized companies belonging to international groups.

He gained experience in a wide range of sectors (manufacturing, hospitality, automotive, logistics, media and the on-line gaming) and is used to managing multicultural teams. His speciality is the financial management of turnarounds and major crises including the cash flow management in a cash strapped or LBO environment.

Maarten is quadrilingual (Dutch, English, French, German), he worked in various European countries and lives now in Paris.

Nanno WAMS, Dutch national

Nanno has 20 years experience as a performance improvement oriented ‘hands-on’ CFO operating in an international environment. He worked for blue chip companies -managing operations of all sizes- as well as SME’s going through profound corporate change (M&A, transformation, restructuring and turnarounds), in the manufacturing, services and high-tech business sector. His speciality is transforming the finance functions to operate as business partners in periods of corporate change. He is fluent in Dutch, English, French and German.

He has worked and lived in France, Germany, the Benelux and South Korea and is now based in Paris.
